Setia Risk HQ is located on Level 1-17 (in front of the entrance) of the Pasir Gudang City Centre Complex.
Pasir Gudang City Centre Complex, or more commonly known as the “Kompleks Pusat Bandar Pasir Gudang”, is the largest complex in Pasir Gudang. It is also the building where Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) is located.
UTC Pasir Gudang provides multivariate of services through different government agencies, including Road Transport Department (JPJ), Inland Revenue Board (IRB), and Department of Immigration & National Registration (JPN). Whether you need to renew your road tax, apply for driving license, transfer vehicle ownership, pay summons, submit your income tax, registration of birth/ death/ marriage/ divorce, you can easily get your documentation settled here.
Our office building is adjacent to the Pasir Gudang Municipal Council (MBPG) building. MBPG is responsible for urban planning and development. MBPG provides customer counter services for payment matters involving property taxes, licenses, rents, compounds, etc. The payment counter is located on Level 1 of Aqabah Tower. It is the iconic building of Pasir Gudang and also the tallest building in the area.
Setia Risk HQ is also strategically located close to many public facilities, including Perpustakaan Awam Pasir Gudang, Masjid An Nur Pasir Gudang, shopping lots, food stalls and etc. We are located within walking distance from Terminal Bas Pasir Gudang, thus making it easy for our customers to get to our office via bus.
Besides, we are located just 5 minutes from a private hospital and medical facilities, including Hospital Penawar Pasir Gudang and KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital.
