Submit supporting documents and upload to us.
a) For all claims, Boarding pass and e-ticket
b) For medical related, original medical receipt and Dr. diagnosis
c) For flight change, delayed related, letter from airline confirming the change, reason for change etc.
d) For baggage delayed/damage, property irregularity, report from airline or airport management.
e) Police report (lodged within 24 hours) on loss related incident.
*Note : Additional, different documents may be required depending on the procedure of the claim.
