a) For all claims, Boarding pass and e-ticket
b) For medical related, original medical receipt and Dr. diagnosis
c) For flight change, delayed related, letter from airline confirming the change, reason for change etc.
d) For baggage delayed/damage, property irregularity, report from airline or airport management.
e) Police report (lodged within 24 hours) on loss related incident.
